1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and eeelj ("eeelj," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at eeelj.com. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the eeelj platform — including all games, payment services, promotional features, and customer support channels — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the eeelj platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on eeelj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. eeelj strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of eeelj complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of eeelj or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by eeelj or by any regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

eeelj reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the eeelj platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account on eeelj, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify eeelj immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team.

eeelj reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or any violation of these Terms. Account closure does not automatically entitle the player to a refund of deposited funds where a breach has occurred.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

eeelj supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is ₱50. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed within the eeelj cashier interface.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on eeelj:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• eeelj does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which eeelj accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. eeelj may request government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation before processing a withdrawal.
• eeelj reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your eeelj account. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

eeelj may from time to time offer bonuses, free plays, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all eeelj promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• eeelj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering requirements framework.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the eeelj platform — including Mines, Mines Grand, Limbo, Fortune Mouse, Captain Fisher, Snooker, and Casino titles — operate using a provably fair random number generation system. Game outcomes are determined by cryptographically secure algorithms prior to the commencement of each round and cannot be altered by eeelj or any third party after a round has begun.

By participating in any game on eeelj, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or round.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a verified technical error, eeelj will endeavor to restore the game state to its last known valid position. Where this is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded.
• eeelj's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eeelj platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the eeelj platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to eeelj support immediately.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any other person to use your account, or using another person's account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward eeelj staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

eeelj is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We recognize that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered eeelj players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the eeelj platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts that display your net gaming position and session duration at regular intervals.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the eeelj platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, animations, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of eeelj or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the eeelj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the eeelj platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use eeelj's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any eeelj content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eeelj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the eeelj platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the eeelj platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

eeelj's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude eeelj's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

eeelj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on eeelj, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

eeelj will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

eeelj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, eeelj will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the eeelj platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the eeelj platform shall first be submitted to eeelj's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the foregoing process.
